Job Description

Outside Sales

This is a great opportunity for you to work for a well-established, solid, and growing heating and air conditioning company. We are seeking an accomplished sales rep regardless of what you have been selling.  You can earn up to $100,000 or more in our customer focused and marketing driven company. Everyone needs heating and air conditioning, and is interested in reducing energy costs and being more comfortable. We provide qualified leads and strong retail financing programs. Exciting, challenging, and fun opportunity. Experience in home sales preferred, but we'll train the right candidate. You’ll get plenty of training, coaching, and lots of support!   • Participate in company provided training and educational opportunities

  • Update on a daily basis your leads status including initial and continuing contacts with all prospective clients
  • Provide complete and timely information to the production and service departments to help assure that installations and service requests are handled in an expeditious and efficient manner
  • Learn our proven sales process for in home sales
  • Learn our proven process to generate referrals
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to clear/overcome objections
  • Join and attend at least one industry specific networking group and one non specific industry networking group
  • Follow through to final disposition with all sales opportunities on replacement equipment, indoor air quality, and accessory products.
  • Educate clients on energy savings and comfort enhancing products like duct cleaning, humidification, and ductless air conditioning systems
