Inside Sales Representative

This is a great opportunity for you to work for a well established, solid, and growing heating and air conditioning company. We are seeking an accomplished inside sales representative. Everyone needs heating and air conditioning, and is interested in reducing energy costs and being more comfortable. Big opportunity because 90% of our prospects buy. Experience in inside sales required with a proven and verifiable record. Experience in residential heating and cooling products preferred, but we'll train the right candidate. Duties:

The essential functions of the inside sales representative is to make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and service invoices not sold in the field. This position focuses all energy on converting lost opportunities (un-sold) from sales representatives proposals and technician invoices. Must be comforatable meeting company's sales goals. Must be able to use phone and email at a high expertise level.
